1من نحن

«يو باو» (YuBao 语宝) منصة عربية لتعليم اللغة الصينية، تشغّلها شركة SYTRU GROUP LTD المسجّلة في المملكة المتحدة (إنجلترا وويلز) برقم الشركة 16586462 («نحن» أو «يو باو»). نحن الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك الشخصية الموضّحة في هذه السياسة.

2نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على:

• موقع yubaoedu.com ونطاقاته الفرعية، بما فيها الدورات والدروس التفاعلية وصفحة «متابعة التعلم».
• عالم يو باو (world.yubaoedu.com) وتطبيقاته: لمزو، بيمو، كايكو، وساحة يو باو.
• المساعد الآلي «سراج» على تيليجرام وواتساب وإنستغرام، ومجموعات يو باو على تيليجرام.

لا تنطبق على مواقع أو خدمات الأطراف الأخرى حتى لو وصلت إليها من خلال روابط عندنا؛ فلكل منها سياستها الخاصة.

3البيانات التي نجمعها

أ) بيانات تقدّمها أنت

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم المستخدم، وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة لدى مزوّد المنصة ولا نطّلع عليها).
• بيانات الشراء: المنتج والمبلغ وتاريخ الطلب. أما بيانات البطاقة فتُدخل مباشرة لدى مزوّد الدفع ولا نخزّنها.
• المراسلات: رسائلك لسراج أو للدعم، ومعرّف حسابك على تيليجرام أو رقم واتساب أو حساب إنستغرام إذا راسلتنا من خلالها.
• ما تضيفه بنفسك: كلمات «قاموسي» وتصنيفها (صعبة / أراجعها / حفظتها)، وخطتك في «جدولي»، وتعليقاتك ومشاركاتك في المجتمع.

ب) بيانات تنتج عن استخدامك

• التقدّم التعليمي: الدورات والدروس المكتملة، نتائج الاختبارات والتمارين، ووقت التعلّم.
• عالم يو باو: النقاط، الشعلات (أيام التعلّم المتتالية)، البطاقات، الدوري، ونتائج ليلة البطولة.
• قاموسي: الكلمات المحفوظة، والدرس الذي أُضيفت منه، ومواعيد المراجعة ونتائجها.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح والجهاز، الصفحات التي تزورها، وملفات تعريف الارتباط (انظر سياسة ملفات الارتباط). ونحسب عدد زوار الموقع بمعرّف عشوائي لا يحتوي أي بيانات شخصية.

ج) الصوت

• كايكو: يرسل تسجيلك إلى خوادمنا ومزودي تقييم النطق لإخراج النتيجة فقط، ولا نحتفظ بالتسجيل أبدا.

4كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• إنشاء حسابك، وتفعيل الدورات التي اشتريتها، وتقديم الدروس والأدوات.
• تخصيص تجربتك: صفحة «متابعة التعلم»، مهمة اليوم، كلمة اليوم، والمراجعة الذكية لكلمات قاموسك.
• تشغيل نظام النقاط والشعلات والجوائز والدوري ومنع الغش.
• رسائل سراج: الرد على أسئلتك، وتذكيرات الدراسة والمراجعة، والتقرير الأسبوعي. تقدر توقف التذكيرات في أي وقت من قائمة سراج (/menu).
• الدعم الفني وخدمة العملاء ومعالجة الطلبات والمدفوعات.
• تحسين المنصة وفهم طريقة استخدامها بإحصاءات مجمّعة.
• إرسال أخبار وعروض يو باو، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك فيها متى شئت.
• حماية المنصة والمستخدمين، والالتزام بالقوانين والطلبات النظامية.

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على: تنفيذ العقد بيننا (تقديم الخدمة)، ومصلحتنا المشروعة في تحسين المنصة وحمايتها، وموافقتك حيث يلزم (مثل الرسائل التسويقية وملفات الارتباط غير الضرورية)، والالتزامات القانونية.

5الذكاء الاصطناعي

نستخدم أنظمة ذكاء اصطناعي في: ردود سراج، وتقييم النطق والمعلم الذكي في كايكو، وإكمال معنى الكلمة ونطقها في «قاموسي» إذا لم تكن في قاموسنا.

• نرسل لمزوّدي هذه الأنظمة أقل قدر لازم من البيانات لتوليد الرد فقط.
• لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نسمح باستخدامها لتدريب نماذج الأطراف الأخرى بحسب شروط الخدمة المتاحة لنا.
• مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تحتوي أخطاء؛ استخدمها كمساعدة على التعلّم.
• لا تشارك في محادثاتك كلمات مرور أو بيانات بنكية أو معلومات صحية أو أي بيانات حسّاسة.

6مع من نشارك البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يعملون نيابة عنا وبالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة:

وقد نفصح عن البيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون أو جهة مختصة بذلك، أو لحماية حقوقنا وسلامة المستخدمين. وفي حال اندماج أو نقل ملكية، تنتقل البيانات للجهة الجديدة مع بقاء هذه السياسة سارية عليها، ونُشعرك بذلك مسبقًا.

في مجموعات تيليجرام لا ينشر سراج أي بيانات شخصية عنك؛ تبقى بياناتك الشخصية في محادثتك الخاصة معه.

7نقل البيانات خارج بلدك

مزوّدونا يعملون في دول مختلفة (منها الصين والولايات المتحدة ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي)، لذلك قد تُنقل بياناتك وتُعالج خارج بلدك. نختار مزوّدين يلتزمون بمعايير حماية مناسبة، ونتخذ الضمانات التعاقدية اللازمة حيث يتطلب القانون ذلك.

8مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• بيانات الحساب والتقدّم وقاموسي: طوال مدة حسابك، وتُحذف خلال 30 يومًا من طلب حذف الحساب.
• سجلات الشراء والفواتير: المدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية.
• محادثات سراج والدعم: حتى 12 شهرًا، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل.
• التسجيلات الصوتية: لا نحتفظ بها (انظر البند 3-ج).
• الإحصاءات: تُحفظ مجمّعة وبدون ما يحدد هويتك.

9حقوقك

يحق لك في أي وقت:

• الاطلاع على بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها مجانًا.
• تصحيح بياناتك أو تحديثها (أغلبها متاح من صفحة حسابك).
• طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
• الاعتراض على الرسائل التسويقية أو سحب موافقتك.
• طلب نقل بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للقراءة.
• إيقاف تذكيرات سراج من /menu، وحذف أي كلمة من «قاموسي» بنفسك.

أرسل طلبك من بريدك المسجّل إلى info@yubaoedu.com، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. وقد نطلب التحقق من هويتك قبل التنفيذ. ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى للجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.

10القاصرون

إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 سنة فاستخدم المنصة بموافقة وليّ أمرك وتحت إشرافه، وتتم المشتريات بوسيلة دفع يملكها شخص مخوّل. الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 سنة دون إشراف وليّ الأمر، وإذا علمنا بجمع بيانات طفل دون 13 سنة بدون موافقة وليّ أمره فسنحذفها.

11أمن البيانات

نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS)، وصلاحيات وصول محدودة، وحفظ مفاتيح الأنظمة في الخوادم فقط بعيدًا عن المتصفح، ونفصل بيانات الدفع لدى مزوّدها المعتمد. ومع ذلك لا يوجد نظام محمي بالكامل؛ فحافظ على سرية كلمة مرورك وأبلغنا فورًا عند أي اشتباه.

12ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملفات ارتباط ضرورية لتشغيل الموقع، وأخرى للتحليلات والوظائف الإضافية بحسب تفضيلاتك. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة ملفات الارتباط.

13التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة خدمات جديدة أو تغيّر القوانين. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا مع تاريخ التحديث، ونُشعرك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر الموقع أو البريد أو سراج.

1Who we are

“YuBao” (YuBao 语宝) is an Arabic-first platform for learning Chinese, operated by SYTRU GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16586462 (“we”, “us” or “YuBao”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

2Scope

This Policy applies to:

• The yubaoedu.com website and its subdomains, including courses, interactive lessons and the “Learning Dashboard”.
• YuBao World (world.yubaoedu.com) and its apps: BIMO, KAIKOU and the YuBao Arena.
• Our automated assistant “Siraj” on Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram, and the YuBao Telegram groups.

It does not apply to third-party websites or services, even when reached through our links; each has its own policy.

3Data we collect

a) Data you provide

• Account data: name, email address, username and password (stored hashed by our platform provider; we cannot see it).
• Purchase data: product, amount and order date. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Communications: your messages to Siraj or support, and your Telegram account ID, WhatsApp number or Instagram account if you contact us there.
• Content you add: “My Dictionary” words and their labels (hard / to review / learned), your study plan, and your community posts and comments.

b) Data generated by your use

• Learning progress: completed courses and lessons, quiz and exercise results, and learning time.
• YuBao World: points, flames (consecutive learning days), cards, leagues and Tournament Night results.
• My Dictionary: saved words, the lesson they were added from, and review schedules and results.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy). We count website visitors with a random identifier that contains no personal data.

c) Voice

• KAIKOU: your recording is sent to our servers and our pronunciation-assessment providers only to produce the result; we never keep the recording.

4How we use your data

• To create your account, activate purchased courses, and deliver lessons and tools.
• To personalise your experience: the Learning Dashboard, daily mission, word of the day and smart review of your dictionary words.
• To run points, flames, prizes and leagues, and to prevent cheating.
• Siraj messages: answering your questions, study and review reminders, and the weekly report. You can stop reminders at any time from Siraj’s menu (/menu).
• For technical support, customer service, and order and payment handling.
• To improve the platform using aggregated usage statistics.
• To send YuBao news and offers; you may unsubscribe at any time.
• To protect the platform and its users and to comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (providing the service), our legitimate interest in improving and securing the platform, your consent where required (such as marketing messages and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations.

5Artificial intelligence

We use AI systems for Siraj’s replies, pronunciation assessment and the AI teacher in KAIKOU, and completing a word’s meaning and pronunciation in “My Dictionary” when it is not in our own dictionary.

• We send these providers only the minimum data needed to generate a response.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not allow it to be used to train third-party models, under the service terms available to us.
• AI output may contain errors; use it as a learning aid.
• Do not share passwords, banking details, health information or other sensitive data in your conversations.

6Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf, to the extent needed to provide the service:

We may disclose data where required by law or a competent authority, or to protect our rights and users’ safety. In a merger or transfer of ownership, data passes to the new owner and remains subject to this Policy; we will notify you in advance.

In Telegram groups, Siraj never posts your personal data; it stays in your private chat with him.

7International transfers

Our providers operate in several countries (including China, the United States and EU member states), so your data may be transferred and processed outside your country. We choose providers with appropriate protection standards and put contractual safeguards in place where the law requires.

8Retention

• Account, progress and dictionary data: for the life of your account, deleted within 30 days of an account-deletion request.
• Purchase records and invoices: for the period required by accounting and tax laws.
• Siraj and support conversations: up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymised.
• Voice recordings: not kept (see section 3c).
• Statistics: kept in aggregated, non-identifying form.

9Your rights

At any time you may:

• Access your data and receive a copy free of charge.
• Correct or update your data (most of it is available in your account page).
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Object to marketing messages or withdraw your consent.
• Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Stop Siraj reminders from /menu and delete any “My Dictionary” word yourself.

Send your request from your registered email to info@yubaoedu.com; we respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

10Minors

If you are under 18, use the platform with your parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision, and make purchases with a payment method owned by an authorised person. The service is not directed at children under 13 without parental supervision; if we learn that we collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.

11Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access permissions, server-side-only storage of system keys, and keep payment data with our certified payment provider. No system is completely secure; keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect any misuse.

12Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to run the website, and others for analytics and extra features according to your preferences. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

13Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when we add new services or when laws change. We publish the updated version here with its date, and notify you of material changes on the website, by email or through Siraj.
