Terms and Conditions — YuBao 语宝Last updated: 8 September 2026These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, as a user, and the operator of YuBao 语宝 in connection with the website and the services, content, and digital products provided through it.Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or purchasing a product or service. By using the website, you agree to the usage terms that apply to you. When placing an order, you will be asked to accept the purchase terms and the No-Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, you must not use the relevant service or complete the order.Displaying a product or service on the website does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of an order. A purchase contract is formed when we accept your order and send confirmation, as described in Clause 13.1. Definitions and InterpretationUnless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:“Account” means the personal information, login credentials, and transaction records associated with your use of the platform and access to its services.“Content” means the text, images, graphics, logos, audio and video recordings, software, exercises, assessments, learning materials, and other information available on the website.“Digital Products” means products supplied electronically, including recorded courses, electronic books and files, assessments, downloadable materials, and licences to access content.“Facilities” means the tools, features, services, and information made available through the platform, whether now or in the future.“Services” means the educational and electronic services provided through YuBao 语宝, including subscriptions, courses, live sessions, and interactive tools, as included in your selected product or subscription.“Payment Information” means the information needed to process payments using the available payment methods. This definition does not mean that YuBao 语宝 stores your complete payment card details.“Premises” means the operator’s place of business in Shenzhen, People’s Republic of China.“System” means the electronic communication and interaction facilities available through the website, including messages, comments, chats, and contact links.“User” means any person using the website or its services, excluding our employees when acting in the course of their employment.“Website” means www.yubaoedu.com and its subdomains, unless separate terms expressly apply.“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “YuBao 语宝” means the operator of the YuBao 语宝 platform, registered in China under registration number 91440300MAECHJLU70, with its place of business in Shenzhen, China.Contact email: [email protected] are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.2. Age RestrictionsUsers under 18 must use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purchases must be made using a payment method belonging to an authorised person or with that person’s express permission, subject to applicable legal capacity requirements.3. Business CustomersThese Terms also apply to organisations and customers purchasing Services for business purposes or to train employees or students. Anyone purchasing on behalf of another organisation represents that they are authorised to bind that organisation.Where a separate institutional agreement exists, its provisions govern the matters it expressly addresses, subject to mandatory law.4. Intellectual Property4.1 Rights in the Content on the website, excluding user-generated content, belong to YuBao 语宝, its licensors, or the relevant rights holders. This includes trademarks, logos, learning materials, recordings, designs, and software.4.2 Purchasing a product or subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your personal learning during the specified access period. It does not transfer ownership or commercial exploitation rights.4.3 You must not copy, record, publish, sell, redistribute, or make the Content available to others, remove watermarks, or bypass protection measures, except with our written permission or as permitted by law.4.4 Materials expressly made available for download may be downloaded for the permitted use only. Permission to download does not include permission to republish or commercially share them.5. Third-Party Intellectual Property5.1 Rights in third-party books, references, trademarks, and materials remain with their respective owners, even where they appear in lessons or product descriptions.5.2 Mentioning an educational institution, publication, or examination does not imply an official partnership or accreditation unless expressly stated.5.3 Third-party materials remain subject to their licences and applicable law and must not be reused outside the permitted scope.6. Permitted Use of ContentThese Terms do not limit any applicable statutory copyright exception, including quotation or permitted educational use, where its legal requirements are met.Making Content available free of charge does not make it available for unrestricted republication, resale, or other use.7. Links to Other WebsitesThe website may contain links to external websites or services that we do not operate. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.A link does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of external content. We are not responsible for the actions of independent third parties except where responsibility is imposed by law or arises from our contractual obligations.8. Use of Communications Facilities9.1 Communication tools, comments, and learning communities must be used respectfully and for lawful purposes.9.2 You must not publish or send abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content, content that incites violence, or content that infringes another person’s rights.9.3 Impersonation, falsely claiming to represent YuBao 语宝, spam, and unauthorised advertising are prohibited.9.4 You may contact us in Arabic or English. Support in other languages may be available depending on our resources.9.5 We may review content, remove violations, and restrict accounts where necessary to protect users and the platform, in accordance with law and our Privacy Policy.9.6 You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to use it as necessary to host, display, and operate the service through which you submitted it.9.7 This permission does not include using your name, image, or private correspondence in advertising without appropriate consent.10. Accounts10.1 An Account may be required to access certain Services. You must provide accurate, current information and be authorised to use the payment method submitted.10.2 Your Account is personal to you and must not be shared, sold, or transferred unless your plan expressly permits it.10.3 You are responsible for protecting your password and verification codes. If you suspect unauthorised access or an unfamiliar payment, notify us promptly at [email protected] Reports of unauthorised access are handled according to the facts, applicable law, and the payment provider’s terms. These Terms do not automatically make you responsible for every unauthorised transaction.10.5 Your username must comply with Clause 9.11. Account Suspension and Termination11.1 You may request closure of your Account by contacting us. Closing an Account does not, by itself, create a refund entitlement, subject to Clause 14.11.2 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Account where there is a material breach of these Terms, fraud, a security threat, or a legal obligation requiring such action.11.3 Where possible and legally permitted, we explain the reason and provide an appropriate opportunity to remedy a breach that can be corrected and does not require immediate action.11.4 Suspension or termination does not remove financial rights or remedies required by law. If we cannot provide a paid Service for a reason attributable to us, the related payment will be addressed under Clause 14.12. Services, Pricing, and Availability12.1 The product description and checkout information specify the included Services, learning level, access period, and essential requirements or restrictions.12.2 Please review this information before purchasing. A plan does not include future Services or courses unless expressly stated.12.3 Prices, currency, taxes, and any additional charges are displayed before payment is completed.12.4 Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter the price of an order already confirmed.12.5 If a subscription renews automatically, the renewal price, billing cycle, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase, and applicable notice and consent requirements will be followed.12.6 We do not guarantee a particular learning outcome, examination score, university admission, scholarship, or employment opportunity. Results depend on factors including the user’s starting level, commitment, and practice.12.7 A certificate of completion records completion of the requirements of a course that includes one. It is not an official HSK examination certificate or an accredited academic qualification unless a specific accreditation is expressly stated.13. Orders and Provision of Services13.1 Your order is an offer to purchase the relevant product or Service. It is accepted when we send an acceptance confirmation to your email address.13.2 The order confirmation, or documents provided with it, will specify the product or Service, price and currency, access or subscription period, relevant dates, and access instructions.13.3 If we decline an order after collecting payment, we will return the related amount without undue delay and within 14 calendar days, or any shorter period required by law.13.4 Payments are collected according to the price, payment method, and billing schedule disclosed at purchase. Buying a one-time product does not, by itself, create a recurring subscription.13.5 Access or performance begins at the time specified at purchase. If no time is specified, we aim to activate access within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation and notify you of any material delay.13.6 We exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services according to their descriptions. If the Content or access supplied does not match your order, please notify us so we can address the issue.13.7 Use requires a device, browser, and internet connection compatible with the disclosed requirements. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons, without prejudice to your statutory rights where a paid Service fails.13.8 Support for Accounts, orders, and technical issues is available at [email protected]. No particular response time is guaranteed unless included in your purchased plan.13.9 Educational sessions may be recorded and made available for review. Where recording takes place, we notify participants and obtain any necessary consent in accordance with law and our Privacy Policy.14. Cancellation and No-Refund Policy14.1 Digital Purchases Are FinalYuBao 语宝 does not offer a voluntary return or refund policy for Digital Products, subscriptions, or educational Services after purchase, unless a specific written product offer states otherwise or a refund is required by law.This policy covers recorded courses, electronic files and books, assessments, access licences, subscriptions, interactive tools, AI Services when available, and paid educational sessions.14.2 Change of Mind and Non-UseSubject to mandatory legal rights, refunds are not provided because of a change of mind, failure to use an Account, failure to complete lessons, non-attendance at a session, personal circumstances, or preferences that were not part of the agreed product description.Deleting an Account or application, or ceasing to use a Service, does not cancel or refund amounts due.14.3 Starting Digital Content SupplyIf you request access to Digital Content during a statutory withdrawal period, we will obtain your prior express consent and acknowledgement of the effect that starting performance has on your withdrawal right, where required by law.Payment or acceptance of general terms alone does not replace any separate consent or additional confirmation required by law.14.4 Statutory Withdrawal RightsIf applicable consumer law grants you a mandatory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right remains effective unless the legal requirements for an exception are met.Where European Union rules apply, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply. For Digital Content not supplied on a physical medium, that right is lost only after performance begins and the legally required consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation requirements are satisfied.For Services, activating an Account alone is not treated as full performance. Starting a Service during a withdrawal period, and any payment due for the portion supplied, remain subject to applicable law.14.5 Matters Not Excluded by the No-Refund PolicyThis policy does not prevent refunds or other remedies required by law, including where the agreed Service is not supplied, there is a material defect or lack of conformity, the same transaction is charged more than once, or a payment is established to be unauthorised.14.6 Reporting and ResolutionPlease send your order number, Account email address, and a description of the issue to [email protected]. Do not send passwords or complete payment card details.We will review the request, address the issue, and return any legally refundable amount to the original payment method where possible, without undue delay and within applicable statutory deadlines.14.7 Cancelling RenewalIf your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel renewal using the method and deadline disclosed at purchase, or contact us for assistance.Cancelling renewal stops future charges that have not yet become due. It does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current paid period. Access continues until that period ends unless there is a lawful reason to restrict it.14.8 Exceptional AccommodationsYuBao 语宝 may, at its discretion, agree to extend access or pause a subscription in exceptional circumstances. This does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation in every case and does not replace a mandatory legal refund entitlement.15. Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Content15.1 YuBao 语宝 may use AI, translation, or educational recommendation tools within certain Services when those tools are available.15.2 These systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete information, translation, pronunciation, or interpretation errors, or fabricated information commonly called “AI hallucinations.”15.3 Outputs are intended to support learning. They do not replace verification, teacher review, or formal assessment and do not constitute specialist legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.15.4 You should exercise your own judgement and verify information before relying on it for important decisions.15.5 To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee error-free AI outputs and are not responsible for indirect losses arising from inappropriate reliance on them. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.15.6 Tools may be updated or modified for educational, technical, or security reasons. Where a change materially affects an agreed paid feature, we will respect our contractual obligations and users’ statutory rights.15.7 Mentioning an AI feature in these Terms does not guarantee that it is currently available or included in every subscription. The plan description at the time of purchase determines what is included.16. YuBao Liao AI Services16.1 When available, YuBao Liao AI Services may include interactive assistants, conversational systems, translation, practice tools, and educational recommendations through liao.yubaoedu.com or other officially announced channels.16.2 Access may require an Account or login and may be subject to usage limits, fees, or additional terms disclosed before subscription.16.3 Outputs may contain errors or be unsuitable for the context, even when an answer appears confident or detailed.16.4 We do not guarantee the accuracy of every answer, translation, or recommendation. Consult a reliable source or teacher when appropriate.16.5 Users are responsible for using the tools lawfully, without reducing YuBao 语宝’s legal or contractual obligations.16.6 Conversations, inputs, and usage records may be processed to operate and secure the Service, prevent misuse, and improve it, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and an appropriate legal basis. Accepting these Terms is not unlimited consent to use personal data for model training.16.7 Users must not generate unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, bypass safeguards, disrupt systems, or share credentials without authorisation. Avoid entering passwords, banking information, or unnecessary sensitive information.16.8 Keep login credentials and verification codes confidential and notify us if you suspect an Account compromise.16.9 Account information, learning progress, and preferences may be linked between the platform and YuBao Liao AI as needed to provide disclosed features, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.16.10 Tools, usage limits, and model versions may change. When making changes, we will consider paid subscription periods, agreed features, and any applicable notice or remedy requirements.16.11 To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not remove our legal responsibility for data protection, service delivery, or remedies for contractual breach.16.12 Responses may vary between sessions, users, languages, and model versions. Such variation does not necessarily represent a curriculum change or a formal assessment of a user’s proficiency.16.13 By using these tools, you acknowledge their nature and limitations and agree to use them responsibly, while retaining all rights that cannot lawfully be waived.For enquiries about these Terms, purchases, or Accounts:[email protected]

ظهور اسم جهة تعليمية أو كتاب أو اختبار على الموقع دليلًا على وجود شراكة أو اعتماد رسمي، إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك صراحةً.5.3 يخضع استخدام مواد الأطراف الثالثة لتراخيصها والقوانين المعمول بها، ولا يجوز إعادة المتاحة.9.5 يجوز لنا مراجعة المحتوى وإزالة المخالفات وتقييد الحسابات عند الضرورة لحماية المستخدمين والمنصة، وفقًا للقانون وسياسة الخصوصية.9.6 تبقى حقوق المحتوى الذي تنشئه وترسله مملوكة لك. وتمنحنا قبل الشراء. ولا تشمل أي خطة خدمات أو دورات مستقبلية إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك صراحةً.12.3 تُعرض الأسعار والعملة والضرائب والرسوم الإضافية، إن وجدت، قبل إتمام الدفع.12.4 يجوز تعديل الأسعار والعروض للمشتريات المستقبلية. ولا تؤثر هذه التعديلات بأثر رجعي في سعر طلب سبق تأكيده.12.5 إذا كان الاشتراك متجددًا تلقائيًا، فستُعرض قيمة التجديد ودورته وطريقة إلغائه قبل الشراء، وتُطبق متطلبات الإشعار والموافقة النظامية.12.6 لا نضمن نتيجة تعليمية محددة أو درجة اختبار أو قبولًا جامعيًا أو منحة أو فرصة عمل. تعتمد النتائج على عوامل تشمل مستوى المستخدم والتزامه وممارسته.12.7 توثّق شهادة الإتمام استكمال متطلبات الدورة التي تتضمنها. ولا تُعد شهادة اختبار HSK رسمية أو مؤهلًا أكاديميًا معتمدًا، ما لم يُنص صراحةً على اعتماد محدد.13. الطلبات وتقديم الخدمات13.1 يُعد طلب الشراء عرضًا منك للحصول على المنتج أو الخدمة. ويُقبل الطلب عند إرسال تأكيد القبول إلى بريدك الإلكتروني.13.2 يتضمن تأكيد الطلب، أو المستندات المرتبطة به، وصف المنتج أو الخدمة، والمبلغ والعملة، ومدة الوصول أو الاشتراك، وأي مواعيد ذات صلة، وطريقة الوصول.13.3 إذا لم نقبل الطلب بعد تحصيل المبلغ، نعيد المبلغ المتعلق به دون تأخير غير مبرر، وخلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يومًا تقويميًا، أو المدة الأقصر التي يفرضها القانون.13.4 تُحصّل المدفوعات وفقًا للسعر وطريقة الدفع وجدول الفوترة المعروض عند الشراء. ولا يُنشأ اشتراك دوري لمجرد شراء منتج بدفعة واحدة.13.5 يبدأ الوصول أو تقديم الخدمة وفقًا للموعد الموضح عند الشراء. وإذا لم يُحدد موعد، نسعى لتفعيل الوصول خلال 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع، مع إشعارك بأي تأخير جوهري.13.6 نبذل العناية والمهارة المعقولتين لتقديم الخدمات وفقًا لوصفها. وإذا حصلت على محتوى أو صلاحية وصول غير مطابقة لطلبك، يرجى إبلاغنا لنقوم بمعالجة المشكلة.13.7 يتطلب الاستخدام جهازًا ومتصفحًا واتصالًا بالإنترنت متوافقًا مع المتطلبات المعلنة. وقد تحدث انقطاعات مؤقتة للصيانة أو لأسباب تقنية، دون الإخلال بحقوقك النظامية عند تعطل الخدمة المدفوعة.13.8 يُقدم الدعم المتعلق بالحسابات والطلبات والمشكلات التقنية عبر [email protected]. ولا نضمن مدة استجابة محددة إلا إذا كانت مذكورة ضمن الخطة المشتراة.13.9 قد تُسجَّل الجلسات التعليمية وتتاح للمراجعة. وعند التسجيل، نوضح للمشاركين ذلك ونحصل على الموافقات اللازمة وفقًا للقانون وسياسة الخصوصية.14. سياسة الإلغاء وعدم الاسترداد14.1 المشتريات الرقمية نهائيةلا تقدم YuBao 语宝 سياسة استرجاع أو استرداد اختيارية للمنتجات الرقمية أو الاشتراكات أو الخدمات التعليمية بعد إتمام الشراء، إلا إذا نص عرض مكتوب خاص بالمنتج على خلاف ذلك أو أوجب القانون استرداد المبلغ.تشمل هذه السياسة الدورات المسجلة، والملفات والكتب الإلكترونية، والاختبارات، وتراخيص الوصول، والاشتراكات، والأدوات التفاعلية، وخدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي عند إتاحتها، والجلسات التعليمية المدفوعة.14.2 تغيير الرأي وعدم الاستخداممع مراعاة الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية، لا يُقبل طلب استرداد بسبب تغيير الرأي، أو عدم استخدام الحساب، أو عدم إكمال الدروس، أو عدم حضور جلسة، أو الظروف الشخصية، أو عدم ملاءمة المنتج لتفضيلات لم تكن جزءًا من وصفه المتفق عليه.ولا يؤدي حذف الحساب أو التطبيق أو التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة إلى إلغاء المبالغ المستحقة أو استردادها.14.3 بدء إتاحة المحتوى الرقميإذا طلبت إتاحة المحتوى الرقمي خلال فترة تراجع قانونية، فإننا نطلب موافقتك الصريحة المسبقة وإقرارك بأثر بدء التنفيذ في حق التراجع، حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.لا يُعتبر مجرد الدفع أو قبول الشروط العامة بديلًا عن موافقة مستقلة أو تأكيد إضافي يتطلبه القانون.14.4 حقوق التراجع القانونيةإذا كانت قوانين حماية المستهلك الواجبة التطبيق تمنحك حقًا إلزاميًا في التراجع أو الإلغاء، فإن هذا الحق يبقى نافذًا ما لم تتحقق شروط الاستثناء القانوني.وعندما تنطبق قواعد الاتحاد سياسة عدم الاستردادلا تمنع هذه السياسة رد المبالغ أو تقديم أي معالجة يوجبها القانون، بما في ذلك عند عدم تقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها، أو وجود عيب جوهري أو عدم مطابقة، أو تحصيل مبلغ مكرر عن المعاملة نفسها، أو ثبوت عملية دفع غير مصرح بها.14.6 الإبلاغ والمعالجةيرجى إرسال رقم الطلب والبريد المرتبط بالحساب ووصف المشكلة إلى [email protected]، دون إرسال كلمات المرور أو كامل بيانات البطاقة المصرفية.نراجع الطلب ونعالج المشكلة، ونرد أي مبلغ مستحق قانونًا إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى أمكن، دون تأخير غير مبرر وضمن المواعيد القانونية المنطبقة.14.7 إلغاء التجديدإذا كان اشتراكك يتجدد تلقائيًا، يمكنك إلغاء التجديد وفقًا للطريقة والموعد الموضحين عند الشراء، أو التواصل معنا للمساعدة.يوقف إلغاء التجديد الرسوم المستقبلية التي لم تستحق بعد، ولا يمنح بذاته حق استرداد رسوم الفترة الحالية. ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة ما لم يوجد سبب مشروع لتقييده.14.8 التسهيلات الاستثنائيةقد توافق YuBao 语宝، وفقًا لتقديرها، على تمديد الوصول أو تجميد الاشتراك في ظروف استثنائية. ولا يُعد ذلك التزامًا بتقديم التسهيل في جميع الحالات، ولا يحل محل أي حق قانوني إلزامي في الاسترداد.15. الذكاء الاصطناعي والمحتوى التفاعلي15.1 قد تستخدم YuBao 语宝 أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي أو ترجمة أو توصيات تعليمية ضمن بعض الخدمات، عندما تكون هذه الأدوات متاحة.15.2 قد تنتج هذه الأنظمة معلومات غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة، أو أخطاء في الترجمة والنطق والتفسير، أو معلومات مختلقة تُعرف باسم «هلوسات الذكاء الاصطناعي».15.3 تُقدم المخرجات للمساعدة في التعلم، ولا تُعد بديلًا عن التحقق أو مراجعة المعلم أو التقييم الرسمي، ولا تمثل استشارة قانونية أو طبية أو مالية أو مهنية متخصصة.15.4 يجب استخدام التقدير الشخصي والتحقق من المعلومات قبل الاعتماد عليها في قرارات مهمة.15.5 إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نضمن خلو مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي من الأخطاء، ولا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة الناشئة عن الاعتماد غير المناسب عليها. Liao AI16.1 عند إتاحتها، قد تشمل خدمات YuBao Liao AI المساعدين التفاعليين وأنظمة المحادثة والترجمة والتدريب والتوصيات التعليمية، من خلال liao.yubaoedu.com أو قنوات أخرى نعلن عنها رسميًا.16.2 قد يتطلب الوصول إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول، وقد يخضع لحدود استخدام أو رسوم أو شروط إضافية تُعرض قبل الاشتراك.16.3 قد تتضمن المخرجات أخطاء أو محتوى غير مناسب للسياق، حتى عندما تبدو الإجابة واثقة أو مفصلة.16.4 لا نضمن دقة جميع الإجابات أو الترجمات أو التوصيات، ويجب الرجوع إلى مصدر موثوق أو معلم عند الحاجة.16.5 يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية استخدام الأدوات بصورة مشروعة، دون أن ينتقص ذلك من التزامات YuBao 语宝 القانونية أو التعاقدية.16.6 قد تُعالج المحادثات والمدخلات وسجلات الاستخدام لتشغيل الخدمة وأمنها ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وتحسينها، وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية والأساس القانوني المناسب. ولا يمثل قبول هذه الشروط موافقة غير محدودة على استخدام البيانات لتدريب النماذج.16.7 يُحظر استخدام الخدمة لإنشاء محتوى غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو ضار، أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين، أو رفع برمجيات خبيثة، أو تجاوز الحماية، أو تعطيل الأنظمة، أو مشاركة بيانات دخول غير مصرح بمشاركتها. ويجب تجنب إدخال كلمات المرور والبيانات المصرفية والمعلومات الحساسة غير اللازمة.16.8 يجب الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول ورموز التحقق وإبلاغنا عند الاشتباه في اختراق الحساب.16.9 قد تُربط بيانات الحساب والتقدم والتفضيلات بين المنصة وخدمات YuBao Liao AI بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخصائص المعلنة، وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية والقانون.16.10 قد تتغير الأدوات أو حدود الاستخدام أو إصدارات النماذج. ونراعي عند التغيير مدة الاشتراك المدفوعة والخصائص المتفق عليها وأي متطلبات للإشعار أو المعالجة.16.11 إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نضمن تشغيل الأدوات دون انقطاع أو خلوها من الأخطاء. ولا يعفينا ذلك من المسؤولية التي يفرضها القانون عن حماية البيانات أو تقديم الخدمة أو معالجة الإخلال بالعقد.16.12 قد تختلف الردود بين الجلسات والمستخدمين واللغات وإصدارات النماذج، ولا يعني ذلك بالضرورة تغير المنهج أو وجود تقييم رسمي لمستوى المستخدم.16.13 باستخدام هذه الأدوات، فإنك تقر بفهم طبيعتها وحدودها وتلتزم بالاستخدام المسؤول لها، مع احتفاظك بجميع الحقوق التي لا يجوز
